Message frequency varies but typically does not exceed 4 messages per month unless a patient is actively communicating with the clinic.

Patients may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.
Patients provide consent by selecting an SMS opt-in option within our digital intake forms prior to treatment. The consent option is not pre-checked, and patients must actively select consent to receive SMS communications.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required for receiving medical care or services.
