Santa Rosa Saturday Hikes are back! Join us for a guided morning hike designed to support health, well-being, and intentional movement—rooted in Rise & Reframe’s philosophy of rising to performance and reframing how we move.

This experience blends gentle education, community connection, and low-intensity movement in nature - emphasizing sustainable habits that support both physical and mental health.

Spending time in nature has proven grounding effects on the nervous system. During the hike, we’ll explore how natural environments can reduce stress, improve mood, and enhance clarity. We’ll also introduce the concept of grounding (sometimes called earthing)—the simple practice of connecting with the natural world to promote presence and calm.

The hike itself follows a low-intensity steady-state (LISS) approach. This means moving at a relaxed, conversational pace that supports cardiovascular health, endurance, and recovery—without pushing intensity. LISS movement is accessible, effective, and ideal for building consistency while lowering stress on the body.

Be prepared to pay for parking, or you can carpool with BettyLou by request!
