“Milestones and Manifestations” is an invitation to explore a clearer, more intentional vision of who we’re becoming. Through thoughtfully crafted discussion points, exercises, and journal prompts, we’ll create space to connect our core values with the thoughts, behaviors, and choices that shape our daily lives.
Throughout our time together, we’ll move through reflection, conversation, journaling, and guided meditation experiences—each gently supported by elements of sound woven in to deepen presence and inner clarity.
Out of these practices, we'll choose an anchor word for 2026, a grounding reminder of our intentions and the values we want to embody as we step into the new year.
